Blintze Souffle

Ingredients

12 frozen blintzes
1/4 lb butter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup orange juice

Prep

Melt butter.
Place frozen blintzes in baking dish on top of butter.
Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly.
