Slow-cook Brisket with Cranberry Gravy


2 lbs beef brisket
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can whole or jellied cranberry sauce
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbs mustard


Remove any fat from meat.
Rub with salt and pepper.
Add to slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
