Fruit Chutney

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen mangoes or other fruits
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 medium red onion, fine dice
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger juice
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
Generous pinch ground cinnamon
Generous pinch crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced Pasted from

Prep

Prepare the chutney by combining the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.
