Double Corn Biscuits

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, cold in small chunks
1 cup corn kernels
3/4 cup milk

Prep

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Quickly cut butter into mixture.
Stir in corn and milk.
Knead on floured surface 10-12 times.
Pat into 8" square and cut in 2" squares.
Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown.
Makes 16 biscuits.
