2 TBS Olive Oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
7 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 cup (or 2 cans) black beans
1 tsp garlic chili sauce
2 tsp tumeric
T tbs ginger
2 cups water
Boullion cubes or paste (optional)
Saute cumin seeds in oil. Add chopped garlic and onion until translucent.
Add beans, water and chili paste.
When beans begin to turn tender, add tumeric and ginger.
When beans are complete tender, can add bouillon for flavor.
Drink the liquid as the beans cook and add more water as necessary.
