Miso Soup

Soup Ingredients

3 Cups Water
3 Tbs. Miso (dark, or combo dark and light)
2 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup spinach - chiffonade
2 oz. extra firm tofu, cubed

Prep

Boil water in saucepan.
Ladle one cup of water into bowl and add miso.
Add tofu and greens to saucepan.
Blend miso,(in separate bowl with broth, very well.
Turn off heat Add miso to saucepan and serve.
